Shin guards, protective cup or pelvic protector, mouth guards, keeper gloves or other common sports protective wear.
Players must use only the locker rooms assigned to their hour by the sports venue. Players may enter the locker room 20 minutes prior to game time and must vacate the locker room no more than 20 minutes after game time.
All locker rooms are coed and are to be used solely for changing in and out of related sports equipment. We ask that players please exercise discretion when in the presence of others. In particular, the changing of undergarments should take place in the bathroom or other areas that provide privacy.
You get it. No jerks. Have fun, and don’t start fights, taunt, or any other unsports-person-like conduct. If you have experienced behavior not conducive to a fun experience, please report it here.
If someone is reported more than once, they will be suspended for an amount of time deemed reasonable by Stampede Athletics. If the player has routine offenses, they will be permanently removed from the league.
Players who are ineligible to participate in a scheduled game or event due to disciplinary action taken by the league will not be entitled to any refunds. All decisions made by Stampede Athletics are final.
Players must be at least 21-years of age to participate in any Stampede Athletics event, unless otherwise noted. Certain exceptions may apply. Players who are under the required age are encouraged to call the league office to inquire about their eligibility.
Players are required to fully identify themselves to any representative of Stampede Athletics when asked. Providing any false or misleading information will result in permanent ineligibility to participate in any Stampede Athletics event.
Stampede Athletics is committed to keeping your information private and makes every reasonable attempt to do so. We will never share or sell your information. Furthermore, we will not release your information to anyone without your consent. However, any player who is found to be in violation of our rules and policies waives their right to privacy.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Stampede Athletics, our employees, our subcontractors, owners and agents harmless for (a) any damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, fines, charges or other expense incurred by or imposed upon us, our employees, our subcontractors, owners or agents as a result of any act, omission or violation of Laws or Regulations by you or any participant for whom you are responsible; and (b) any liability, cost or expense (including all legal expenses) incurred by or imposed upon us, our employees, our subcontractors, owners or agents associated with the defense or settlement of any claim, directly or indirectly related to personal injury, death or property damage relating to any act of you, or any participants on whose behalf you book.
Stampede Athletics shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure of performance arising or resulting from: acts of God; acts of war; acts of public enemies, strike or omission; restriction by foreign government, or anything whatsoever beyond our control.
By purchasing a game or skills session through Stampede Athletics, you are purchasing the non-transferable right to participate in that event, provided that you meet the qualifications for eligibility. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the rules and policies of the company. Since your attendance at a game directly affects the experience of other players, you agree to give notice to the league in accordance with our attendance policy in the event that you cannot attend the game that you have purchased.
We want every game to be perfect and our promise to you is that we’ll make every effort for that to happen. However, there are many variables involved in producing a game, some of which may be out of our direct control at times. As such, our games are offered as a “best effort” service. Experiences that are imperfect in following areas are ineligible for compensation:
Although Stampede Athletics cannot guarantee two goalies, keepers, catchers or other specialized positions for any game, we do everything in our power to ensure that all necessary positions are filled to the best of our ability. As a result of our keeper, goalie, catchers, or other specialized position backfilling process, it is rare that there is a game that goes forward without the necessary scheduled players. However, on occasion we may not be able to place all positions, or there may be a scheduled position who does not appear (no call/no show), or a position who calls out too late for another player to be placed.
We have an approach that ideally keeps leveling where it should be. That starts with the honestly of players, is monitored by our games staff, and is follow up upon by the office, in the case of a level violation.
In order to establish clear expectations we have specific minimum thresholds for how many players are needed for a game to proceed (see below, under “Cancellations or Changes by Stampede Athletics”). The numbers that we use in that determination are based on the information that we have regarding who has registered for a game and not called out. However, it’s important to note that the actual amount of players may be different than those scheduled if there is/are players who have not called out as required if they do not intend to appear/play.
Maximum number of players
We make every effort to ensure that no more players or specialized positions than is listed in the event registration.
We guarantee that the scheduled arena block will be available for your game at or about the time scheduled. In the case that the facility is running behind, game start times may be delayed. In the case that a game is delayed more than 30 minutes or where a game cannot be played (onsite cancelation), compensation in the form of a full site credit will be issued, which can be used within 30 days towards another available game booked through our site. This guarantee does not apply to any game that has been canceled in advance or if there is a circumstance beyond our control that prevents arena availability or safe operation of a game at the facility.
We have a referee scheduled for every game. In the case that the scheduled referee does not appear for a game, compensation in the form of a full site credit will be issued, which can be used within 30 days towards another available game booked through our site. This guarantee does not apply to any game that has been canceled in advance or if there is a circumstance beyond our control that prevents arena availability or safe operation of a game at the facility.
All Stampede Athletics purchases are non-refundable but cancellations more than 24 hours prior to game time are entitled to benefits. Game cancellations cannot be reversed.
A site credit in the amount of the full value of a canceled game is issued as a benefit when a callout for that game is received more than 24 hours before game time. Site credits can be used for the purchase of a different game booking on our website within one month of the original game. Cancellations of any future games booked with site credits that are entitled to cancellation benefits will be credited to this same code, with the expiration remaining the same. Please note that this means that a cancellation made after the expiration will result in forfeiture of the funds that are issued as a part of this benefit. Site credits cannot be combined. There is a limit of one site credit per transaction.
In the event of a schedule cancelation players will be notified at the email address on the original booking. Players will automatically be confirmed at the new game time if the time change is 60 minutes or less. In the case of a time change greater than 60 minutes, players may choose at the time of notification to receive a refund to the original form or payment or to be confirmed at the new game time being offered.
In rare cases it is required for Stampede Athletics to cancel a scheduled game. In the event of a cancelation we will make every attempt to contact players. To facilitate that, it is important to have current contact information on your game order. Players are notified by text message, phone, and/or email. If you would like to be notified by text message (usually the quickest way to get out the message), please be sure that the primary phone number on your order is a number capable of receiving text messages.
For any game canceled by Stampede Athletics, players will receive a refund to the original form of payment.
There must be at least the minimum number of players scheduled to attend (specified in a game event) in order for a game to not be cancelled. If that threshold is not met, Stampede Athletics will cancel a game. Please note that the actual amount of players may be different than those scheduled if there is/are no call/no show(s).
Some games may be canceled in the event of weather. All weather-related decisions are deferred host facility as the entity in the best position to make a responsible decision based on the conditions in their area. Facilities may also deem it necessary to cancel a game if they are unable to provide a safe or otherwise usable playing surface.
